Meyer Lemons

We have lovely  guests from California who are nice enough to mail us a shopping bag full of Meyer Lemons from their yard every year.  The aroma when I open up the package is amazing!  This morning I made some sorbet with a portion of the lemons and tomorrow I plan on making a Meyer Lemon Pound Cake with the rest.  Now future guest can enjoy their bounty.
