Pork Sausage

Here is our pork butt purchased from Hahn Farm which is three miles away from the Willows B&B.  You want to talk about local and fresh!!!  I would also like to show everyone the process of making your sausage.  The first step is to cube up the meat, add salt, pepper, spices, and fresh herbs.  Then it is ground just like hamburger meat.  I chill the meat to make this easier to do.  It is then weighed out and formed into 2 oz. portions
